Would recommend Jane highly without qualification or reservation. Working with Jane has been life changing for me.  She helped me to really fundamentally alter my lifestyle (lost over 50 lbs and gave up cigars) in a way that worked and that I felt was more about health and lifestyle vs just a “diet”.  For the first time in a life of diets that ultimately failed Jane has given me an approach that not only works for the short term but also something I feel has become a permanent part of my life.
